– Standard payment terms are T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) or L/C (Letter of Credit) at sight.
– Specific terms will be confirmed in the Proforma Invoice (PI).
Shipping & Delivery
– We ship worldwide from our factory in Hangzhou or Ningbo/Shanghai ports.
– Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on order size and destination.
Quality & Returns
– We guarantee that our products meet the agreed-upon specifications.
– Any claims regarding quality must be made within 15 days of receiving the goods.
