MANUFACTURING & SUPPLY
Control the specification before controlling the order
Synthetic leather performance depends on the complete construction: surface chemistry, coating system, substrate, thickness, finish and production settings. Our role is to keep those variables visible from sampling through shipment.

QUALIFICATION
Match the route to the material
Different constructions may come from different production capabilities. Supplier qualification therefore begins with the exact material, process, test requirement and order scale rather than a blanket factory statement.
- Construction and application fit
- Color and finish reproducibility
- Test method and report scope
- Capacity and lead-time confirmation
- Packaging and export-document alignment
Order control points
Approved reference
Identify the signed swatch, lab dip or master sample that controls appearance.
Written specification
Record measurable fields and agreed tolerances instead of relying on descriptive names.
Pre-production alignment
Confirm raw-material route, quantity, roll format, packaging and document needs.
Production follow-up
Monitor agreed checkpoints and escalate visible deviations before dispatch.
Shipment file
Collect order-specific commercial, packing and available test documentation.
BUYER CONTROL
Information that prevents avoidable disputes
Specify the test method as well as the target. Terms such as waterproof, eco-friendly, medical, automotive or flame-retardant are not complete specifications by themselves.
For repeat orders, identify which variables must match the approved lot and which may use a practical production tolerance. Confirm any compliance report by product code, color, construction, date and issuing laboratory.
Commercial terms are material-specific
